A close-up condition survey with photographs, and the roof anchors that make the next job cheaper.
You cannot see a facade from the street. Hairline cracks, hollow render, a coping that has moved, a fixing that has rusted through — they show at arm's length, which is where a rope puts a technician. An inspection is a day on the drops with a camera and a hammer, and a report the administrator can put in front of the owners and, where it matters, the perit.
Anchors are the other half. A building with tested roof anchors can be rigged in minutes every time; one without needs a rigging survey every visit. Installing and load-testing a permanent anchor system is a one-off that pays for itself on the second clean.
Inspections and anchor work are quoted after a look from the roof; the ground-level call-out is the only published band, from a Maltese small-jobs guide.
| Job | Unit | Band | What is in it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Facade inspection and photo report | building | quoted on site | close-up condition survey with a written report; quoted after survey |
| Roof anchor installation and testing | anchor | quoted on site | quoted after survey |
| Ground-level call-out | per hour | €35 – €50 | a look from the street and the roof before a rope is rigged; one-hour minimum |
A band, not a quote: the low end is a straightforward job with clear access, the high end is the same job with the complications a site visit finds. Materials are included where the line says so.

You deal with us, not with the ropes. We survey, we quote a fixed price, we bring in an IRATA-certified team from the CheckYourTraders-verified network, and we stand behind the work. One point of contact, one contract, one invoice.
